Description of Opportunity:
Worktopia is a national training program targeted at addressing the rise in absenteeism, bullying and low moral in the workplace. Based on the latest scientific evidence, Worktopia provides people with emotional management tools to raised awareness and reduce the incidence of complex trauma in the workplace. The three levels of training will be rolled out through pilot trials in each state and territory in Australia and each participant will be tracked and assessesed for a period of 12 months after training delivery to measure the effectiveness of the training and provide vital data that will give organisations the chance to improve existing programs. Worktopia has been acceopted for presentation at a national health conference in the USA in March 2009.
